With Justice V. Ramasubramanian, Hon. Chairperson of the NHRC and former Supreme Court Judge, gracing the stage, Anjani Reddy’s presence is not just a moment—it’s a movement.

From the quiet corridors of JNTU to the vibrant halls of India’s finest galleries, Anjani Reddy’s journey is a canvas of dedication and soul.
Anjani Reddy’s journey is a quiet revolution in color and form.
Earning her National Diploma in Painting with distinction from JNTU in 1976, she stepped into the world of art not just as a painter, but as a mentor and visionary.
At the University College of Fine Arts, where she later led the Painting department, her brush shaped generations.
Though retired in 2011, her presence continues to ripple across galleries and hearts—through over 17 solo shows and 100+ group exhibitions, and a legacy of figurative art that speaks of strength, silence and soul.
Across continents and decades, Anjani Reddy’s art has traveled like a quiet flame—steady, luminous and full of soul. From the vibrant streets of Hyderabad to the refined galleries of Switzerland, Germany, Dubai and many more, her work has spoken in colors that cross borders. Each exhibition, whether in Bangkok or New York, is not just a showcase but a conversation—between cultures, between time, between hearts.
Honored with awards including Raja Ravi Varma Samman (Mumbai), Ugadi Puraskar by the Government of Telangana, AIFACS Award (New Delhi) and many, and also known for nurturing generations of artists, Anjani Reddy remains a luminous force in Indian contemporary art.
