PAPER MACHE –a workshop by ABHIPSA

ABHIPSA, the visual artist conducts a workshop on Paper Mache.

Paper Mache is a composite material of paper pieces or pulp, sometimes reinforced with textiles, bound with an adhesive such as glue or wallpaper waste. Waste paper and clay mixed together produces a beautiful ethnic looking pulp known as paper mache which can be used to create beautiful  art works.

It’s like sculpting with paper instead of Stone!

Abhipsa is a visual artist and she is working as an art teacher and a freelance illustrator for Children’s books based in Delhi.

She also conducts Origami Workshops for children, adults and students of Architectural Colleges.

Abhipsa studied BVA from Bharathiar Palkalaikoodam College, Pondicherry.
