“A city that is so inside of time and outside it; so enamoured and worshipping of light and outside it; so aware of crossings -transient and permanent ; the Kashi you are visiting will always be of your own imagination – shifting and transforming. These are a few lines from Diana L Eck’s book on Banaras – I strongly felt this in your artwork yesterday, what a pleasure!” — Arunima Mondal, final year art student of BHU commented.
