Echoes of Tomorrow: Pracheen Kala Kendra’s 32nd Quarterly Baithak

Under the serene canopy of classical artistry, Pracheen Kala Kendra once again opens its doors to melody and tradition with the 32nd Quarterly Baithak, a luminous chapter in its “Legends of Tomorrow” series on Saturday, 18th July 2026 from 6:30 PM onwards.

Supported by the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, this gathering celebrates the timeless pulse of Indian classical music — where heritage meets youthful brilliance.

At the heart of the evening, Dr. Neepa Choudhury graces the stage with a soulful vocal recital, accompanied by the rhythmic finesse of Shri. Susmay Mishra on tabla and the gentle harmonies of Shri. Mukesh Bhardwaj on harmonium. Her voice, steeped in devotion and discipline, promises to weave emotion into every note.

The evening continues with the shimmering strings of the santoor, as Shri. Mayukh Das performs alongside Shri. Dipayan Das on tabla. Their duet evokes the tranquil flow of Himalayan streams — meditative, pure and resonant with centuries of tradition.

Completing this triad of excellence, Shri. Sandeep Mohanty offers a vocal recital that bridges classical depth with contemporary grace, accompanied by Shri.  Ishan Sharma (tabla) and Shri. Mukesh Bhardwaj (harmonium). Together, they summon the spirit of raga and rhythm into a living dialogue.
