“ACTUALLY I LIKE TO EXPRESS MOTHER NATURE’S SERENITY AND SIMPLICITY WITH MY PAINTINGS IN PASTELS AND PAPER, MAINLY FOLLOWING THE BENGAL SCHOOL GHARANAS. BUT WHILE EXPRESSING MY AGONY TOWARDS THE DESTRUCTION OF NATURE, I FEEL SOMEHOW COMPELLED TO EXPRESS IT THROUGH THE BOLD STROKES OF ACRYLICS ON CANVAS!! IT’S SUCH A SPONTANEOUS ACT THAT I CAN’T AVOID!!”
