Fragments of Our Times: Contemporary Art Exposition in Kolkata

In the heart of Kolkata, the Academy of Fine Arts will host Fragments of Our Times, a profound exposition curated by Open Window. 

From 21st to 27th February 2026, the North, West, and New South Galleries will transform into living spaces of dialogue, where abstraction and memory converge between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM each day.

This collective exhibition brings together an extraordinary constellation of artists— Janak Jhankar Narzary, Amitava Dhar, Chandrasekhar Das, Chayan Roy, Dasarath Das, Hiran Mitra, Pradip Rakshit, Prasenjit Sengupta, Rishi Barua, Samir Aich, Sudeshna Halder, Suman Dey, Sunil De, Tapas Biswas, Tapas Konar and Umesh Jana—each weaving fragments of lived experience into visual narratives that resonate with our times.
