Held on Monday, August 11 at Gyan Mancha, Kolkata, this special event brings together renowned Kathak gurus and celebrated performers in a vibrant tribute of rhythm and grace.
From evocative group presentations by Sadhna’s students to poetic recitations by Amrita Pandit and Sourav Chakraborty, Curated by Subrata Pandit, each moment promises to echo the maestro’s spirit.

The evening will shine with solo presentations by some of Kathak’s most respected artists—Guru Smt. Molly Roy, Guru Shri Ashimbandhu Bhattacharya, Guru Smt. Paramita Maitra and Guru Smt. Luna Poddar—each bringing their unique expression and depth to the stage.
Adding to the splendour, duet performances by Shahid Warsi & Shatabdi Bhattacharjee, Rajeswari Singha Roy & Sangita Biswas and Sandip Sarkar & Bipasha Sen will weave together rhythm and emotion in perfect harmony.

Shri Subir Thakur and Shri Biswajit Pal on tabla, Shri Chandrachur Bhattacharjee on sitar, Shri Sunando Mukherjee on sarod, and Shri Jaydeep Sinha on vocals will weave a rich tapestry of sound.
Complementing the rhythm and melody, Subrata Pandit and Ranjani Bhattacharjee will offer bol padhant, infusing the evening with lyrical cadence and traditional grace.
