Art and tradition come together beautifully at the Srujana Jathiya Nrithyotsavam 2025, a festival that showcases the richness of Indian dance forms.
Organized by the Srujana Cultural & Literary Organisation, this grand event will be held on the 3rd and 4th of May 2025, this vibrant celebration will be hosted at Shilparamam, Madhapur, starting at 5:30 PM.
The venue will transform into a cultural haven where talented dancers will perform classical and folk dances, each carrying deep-rooted stories from India’s heritage. The festival is a tribute to the diverse traditions that have been passed down through generations, fostering appreciation for the country’s artistic legacy.
A Grand Celebration of Indian Dance Forms
Spectacular Performances on 3rd May
The evening of 3rd May 2025 will unfold with a series of breathtaking dance performances, each carrying the essence of India’s cultural heritage. The graceful Bharatanatyam by Sneha will set the stage, followed by the mesmerizing Peacock Dance performed by Snaiksha. Sanjana will bring the vibrant energy of Lavani, while Dr. Revathy Prasad will captivate the audience with an expressive Snake Dance. The rhythm continues with a Rajasthani Dance by Pallavi and Dr. Srikanth Goud, followed by the high-energy Bhangra group led by Dr. Ravi Kumar. The evening will reach its peak with the power-packed Perini Dance performed by Venkat and his talented group.
Enchanting Dance Spectacle on 4th May
The magic of dance will continue on 4th May 2025, featuring an exceptional array of performances. The elegant Odissi by Rashmi Prava Hota will captivate the audience, while the Ramdas Group will transport spectators to the heart of Chhattisgarh Folk traditions. A dynamic Yakshagana performance by Ram Group will add theatrical brilliance to the evening. The rhythmic storytelling of Kathak will be brought to life by Swati Group, followed by the vibrant Assami Dance performed by Srikanth Group. The classical beauty of Bharatanatyam will shine through the performance of Madhavilatha’s disciples, and the lively Lambada Dance by Radha Group will showcase joyful movements. The festival will culminate with a spellbinding Kuchipudi Dance, presented by Nrutyodaya Kuchipudi Dance Academy, under the guidance of Dr. R. Prasanna Rani.
These two nights of celebration will highlight the diversity and richness of Indian dance traditions, bringing together talented artists and enthusiastic audiences for an unforgettable cultural experience.
Honoring Esteemed Guests at the Festival
This celebration of artistry will be graced by distinguished guests whose presence will add immense value to the event.
On the 3rd of May, the festival will welcome Sri Kuna Shankar, Director & COO of ACE Urban Infocity Limited, alongside Dr. Akhil Dadi, CMD of Srikara Group of Hospitals, an expert in orthopedic surgery and joint replacements. Accompanying them will be Smt. Ramasaraswathi Dadi, a respected personality whose support enriches the cultural scene.
As the evening of the 4th of May unfolds, another set of eminent personalities will join the grand occasion. Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, IFS and VC&MD of Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, will be present, along with Dr. R. Prasanna Rani, an accomplished artist, widely recognized as Natyakalamayuri for her excellence in classical dance.
The dedication and efforts of the organizing committee have been instrumental in bringing this event to life. Leading the team is Chairperson Anjana Chowdary, with Treasurer Sasi Sudhir and General Secretary P. Ramya Teja ensuring seamless coordination.
