SWAROTSAV: A Celebration of Hindustani Classical Music in New Delhi
Presented by the Sumadhur Hansadhwani Trust, SWAROTSAV is set to grace New Delhi with an evening of timeless melodies and cultural resonance on 21 March at 5 p.m.
This musical gathering brings together acclaimed maestros and devoted disciples, weaving a tapestry of Hindustani classical traditions that embody both heritage and harmony.
With performances ranging from the soulful sarod recital of Padmashri and SNA awardee Pandit Tejendra Narayan Majumdar to the evocative vocal renditions by Dr. Nabamita Chowdhury, Dr. Neepa Chowdhury, and Shri Hetartho Chatterjee( Senior disciples of Vidushi Sumitra Guha) , the event promises an immersive journey into the depth and beauty of Indian classical music.
Anchored by the renowned Senior Musicologist Pandit Vijay Shankar Mishra, the evening will be a confluence of artistry, devotion and cultural celebration.
