Step into serenity this November as the Hammond Museum & Japanese Stroll Garden hosts a captivating celebration of Indian classical music.
On Saturday, November 8, the tranquil grounds of North Salem, NY will echo with the rich sounds of sarod, tabla, harmonium and soul-stirring vocals.

Discover the Depths of Sarod: Free Workshop with Maestro Satyajit Dutta
The evening begins with a free workshop from 2–4 pm led by renowned sarod maestro Satyajit Dutta, offering a rare chance to explore the depth and discipline of this art.
From 5–8 pm, the concert unfolds with performances by acclaimed artists including Raj Kumar Chatterjee, Maytreyi Mehta, Sanjeeb Bhattacharya, Utkal Banerjee and Srikar Ayyalasomayajula.
Each artist brings their own grace and mastery, weaving melodies that transcend borders and generations.
Presented in collaboration with the Indian Cultural Association of North America and the Indian American Cultural Association of Westchester, this event promises an unforgettable journey into the heart of tradition and musical devotion.
