Prayaas 2025: A Celebration of Artistry and Expression

On 8th June 2025 at 5 PM, the grand stage of Sarat Sadan, Howrah, Kolkata,  the rhythmic pulse of tradition and innovation will merge in an unforgettable evening—Prayaas 2025, the 29th Annual Concert by Darpani.

With mesmerizing choreography crafted by Arnab Bandyopadhyay, the concert promises to weave together stories of heritage, passion and movement.

Experience the magic of Maayaa, an enchanting  breathtaking fusion of tradition and creativity, brought to life by talented artists Arnab Bandyopadhyay (Maayaa), Anusmita Bhattacharjee (Pramoda), Biswapratim Bose (Amar), and Anaya Ghosh (Shanta). 

Supported by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, this remarkable event is a tribute to the spirit of dance, creativity and dedication.

DARPANI, a premier Dance Institution, empanelled by I.C.C.R. (2018-19) was established in 1995 for the promotion of the rich cultural heritage of India through the medium of Indian Classical and Contemporary Dance forms. To unleash the true spirit of dance by the amalgamation of the classical dance forms and the ever evolving art of choreography has been the primary aim of Darpani.
