Paris Celebrates Community Spirit at the 7th Arrondissement Associations Forum 2026

Paris’s 7th arrondissement burst into life on September 12, 2026, as the annual Forum of Associations transformed Avenue de Breteuil into a lively hub of culture, sport and solidarity.

Organized by Isabelle Chipart of the Maison de la Vie Associative et (MVAC) , the day drew dozens of local groups spanning charity, tradition and the arts.

Visitors enjoyed brass bands, origami and painting workshops, Andean folk dance from Ecuador, first-aid demos by the French Red Cross, and even mini-golf for the curious.

The event drew notable guests including former Prime Minister of France and member of the National Assembly and former European Commissioner Michel Barnier, Deputy Mayor of the 7th arrondissement, who represented the local municipality, Josiane Gaude, and Lions Clubs Governor Ile de France Paris, Anne Marie Janicki — a testament to the forum’s growing civic weight. The event was marked by the presence of  prominent neighborhood organizations such as Inter7.

Among the standout exhibitors was Association Couleur Espace Culture, founded by artist-architect Dr. Larissa Noury, celebrating color’s power to unite art, fashion, and design.

As Dr. Noury shared: “Color is the silent language that connects architecture, fashion and the human spirit — it speaks where words fall short.”

A day that proved: community thrives when culture leads the way.

DR. LARISSA NOURY’S VISION OF COLOR UNITES ART AND COMMUNITY AT PARIS FORUM

At the heart of the 7th arrondissement’s Forum of Associations, Dr. Larissa Noury — artist, architect, and celebrated colorist — brought her association Couleur Espace Culture into vivid focus.

Her mission: weaving together fine arts, fashion, architecture, and environmental design through the study of color as a unifying language. Dr. Noury used the forum stage to unveil the association’s upcoming projects, interactive workshops, and international cultural exchanges, signaling an ambitious road ahead for color-driven creativity.

Her presence drew keen interest from visitors and dignitaries alike, a reminder of how grassroots artistic associations quietly enrich Paris’s cultural fabric while sparking genuine dialogue through visual expression.

As Dr. Noury reflected on her work:

“Every hue carries a story — my role is simply to help people see it.”

Beyond the art stands, the forum reaffirmed its place as a cornerstone of civic life in the 7th arrondissement, bringing together organizers, municipal leaders, and creative visionaries from sport, culture, and education alike. It was, once again, proof that Paris’s neighborhoods thrive when community and creativity walk hand in hand.
