MAKHLĀ SHINJINI SANSKRITIK SAMAROHA: CELEBRATING INDIAN ART & CULTURE

MAKHLĀ SHINJINI CENTRE, Hooghly presents MAKHLĀ SHINJINI SANSKRITIK SAMAROHA – two days Cultural extravaganza, celebrating Indian art and Culture at Ganabhawan, Uttarpara, Hooghly, West Bengal on 30 May 2024 & 1 May 2024 (5.00 PM onwards on 30th April & 9.00 AM onwards on 1st May)

Makhlā Shinjini Centre founded for promoting Indian Art and Culture presents mesmerizing array of performances including Kathak, Semi Classical Dance, Rabindra Nritya, Folk Dance and more. This cultural extravaganza is organised with the cooperation of the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India; Uttarpara-Kotrung Municipality and Toyee Dance Troupe.

Renowned Poet DR. ASIT BARAN KAR & Pandit BISWANATH MUKHERJEE, eminent Tabla Guru as Guests of Honour on 30 April 2024 & DR. BANI PRASAD SEN, Educationist and Social activist & Shri. NARESH ROYCHOUDHURY, Sports personality and artist) as Guests of Honour on 1 May 2024.

THEME: ‘PROSPERITY OF TRADITIONAL INDIAN CULTURE THROUGH DANCE -DRAMA & MUSIC’

TALENT SEARCH CONTEST: Witness the future stars of Indian dance at the MAKHLĀ SHINJINI DANCE TALENT SEARCH CONTEST on 1 May 2024.

DRAMA PRESENTATION: ‘DRESSCODE’ featuring stirring performances by renowned artists by Makhlā Shinjini.

Acknowledging the excellence, the event will feature the prize distribution ceremony for the Dance Competition.
