Legends of Tomorrow: Pracheen Kala Kendra’s 29th Quarterly Baithak to Illuminate Delhi’s Cultural Canvas
In a celebration of timeless tradition and youthful brilliance, Pracheen Kala Kendra—India’s revered guardian of classical arts—presents the 29th edition of its Quarterly Baithak under the acclaimed Legends of Tomorrow series.
Set against the evocative backdrop of Triveni Kala Sangam, New Delhi at 205 Tansen Marg, Mandi House, this much-anticipated evening will unfold on Friday, 12th September 2025, from 6:30 PM onwards.
The program opens with a soul-stirring Santoor recital by Shri Divyansh Harshit Srivastava, an accomplished young artist whose music bridges the ancient and the contemporary with effortless grace.
His performance, steeped in emotion and precision, will be enriched by the rhythmic mastery of Shri Ujith Uday Kumar on Tabla and the resonant depth of Shri Rishi Shankar Upadhyaya on Pakhawaj. Together, this trio promises a mesmerizing interplay of melody and rhythm, celebrating tradition and rich heritage.
As twilight deepens over Triveni Kala Sangam, the second act of Pracheen Kala Kendra’s 29th Quarterly Baithak will unfold in a cascade of rhythm and grace.
The spotlight turns to the vibrant Kuchipudi performance by the disciples of renowned Guru Smt. Padma Kalyan, representing the esteemed Sanchalana School of Dance, Hyderabad.

Guided by her artistry and vision, dancers including Dr. Jyothi Sekhar, Smt. Rashmitha, Kum. Navya, Kum. Uma, Kum. Tanmayi, Kum. Lahiri, Kum. Janaki Sruthi, Kum. Tripura and others will breathe life into classical compositions with elegance and precision.
