As a choreographer, Kavita Dwibedi has seamlessly woven traditional and contemporary themes into her creations, gifting Odissi with acclaimed works such as Sati Vrindavati, Jai Maa Yamune, Shiv Panchakshara, Kalijai and Shweta Mukti—a profound piece inspired by the philosophy of Buddha. Her stature is affirmed by her empanelment with ICCR in the “Outstanding” category, her “TOP” grade with Doordarshan, and her distinction as an “Outstanding Category Artist” in the Festival of India Cell under the Ministry of Culture.
