Heritage Harmony: A Baithak Honoring Swami Vivekananda’s Legacy

Heritage Harmony Baithak 2026: A Soulful Tribute to Swami Vivekananda’s Legacy in Gurugram.

On the serene afternoon of January 25th, 2026, the Ramakrishna Mission in Gurugram will transform into a sanctum of sound and spirit, as Legends of India presents Heritage Harmony: Baithak – A Classical Confluence, commemorating the 163rd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.

This intimate musical gathering is not merely a performance—it is a meditative offering, echoing the timeless wisdom and spiritual fire of one of India’s greatest visionaries.

The baithak features two distinguished torchbearers of classical tradition: Pandit Manmohan Nayak on harmonium and Pandit Dishari Chakraborty on santoor. Their duet promises a confluence of melody and mindfulness, where each note is steeped in devotion and each rhythm carries the essence of Vivekananda’s teachings—unity, courage and inner awakening.

Against the backdrop of the Mission’s tranquil ambiance, the music will unfold like a prayer, inviting listeners into a space of reflection and reverence.

Swami Vivekananda once said, “Music is the highest art and to those who understand, it is the highest worship.” Heritage Harmony Baithak embodies this very spirit—where classical music becomes a bridge between the temporal and the eternal, and where tradition is not preserved but lived anew.

As the nation celebrates Republic Day, this baithak offers a quieter, deeper homage—one that honors India’s soul through the language of ragas and the silence between them.

Join this sacred confluence, and let the music awaken what words cannot reach.
