GAUDIYA NRITYA ON THE EVE OF DOL PURNIMA & VASANTH UTSAV 2024
Institutions dedicated for Gaudiya Nritya, Bikramshila and Gaudiya Charukala Bharati presented Gaudiya Nritya on the eve of Dol Purnima at the premises of the ancient Temple, Choto Rasbari, Kolkata.
Institutions dedicated for Gaudiya Nritya, Bikramshila and Gaudiya Charukala Bharati presented Gaudiya Nritya on the eve of Dol Purnima at the premises of the ancient Temple, Choto Rasbari, Kolkata, which was founded by Pyarilal Mondal and Monimohan Mondal, constructed and inaugurated in 1847. Here, the festival ‘Rash’ is celebrated in the month of Chaitra, on full moon day with great splendour.
During this year’s festival, Gaudiya Nritya programmes were arranged by Dr. Satabdi Acharya, Director and founder of Bikramshila and Dr. Soumya Bhowmick, Director of Gaudiya Charukala Bharati, Kolkata on 24 March 2024.
The Gaudiya Nritya was choreographed by renowned artist and the exponent of Indian Classical dance, Prof. Mahua Mukheherjee; Vocal by Pandit Amitava Mukherjee and music by Ayan Mukherjee and Shubhodip Chakraborti.

GAUDIYA NRITYA BHARATI, Kolkata also presented VASANTH UTSAV organised by AIKATAAN on 25 March 2024.
Legendary Dancer Dr. Mahua Mukherjee, Fulbright Fellow of USA, former Dean, Faculty of Fine Arts and Director, Centre for Studies in Dance Form of Bengal, Rabindra Bharati University and Director of Gaudiya Nritya Bharati, Kolkata designed and choreographed the programme, supported by the music & vocal by her husband, Pandit Amitabha Mukherjee.
