Food Supplements & Chronic Health Challenges: Ganesh Modak’s Wellness Webinar on Zoom, 14 September 2026

On the evening of Monday, 14 September 2026, screens across the country lit up for a conversation about something close to every household: living well in a lifestyle-driven world. The live Zoom webinar, Food Supplements & Chronic Health Challenges, began at 9:00 pm and explored diabetes, blood pressure, joint pain, spondylosis and other lifestyle-related concerns.

The session was hosted by Dr. Gargi De, a philosopher, researcher and educator with a Ph.D. in Indology. She brought a thoughtful, reflective voice to an evening about health and wellbeing.

The distinguished speaker was Ganesh Modak, a life coach, leadership trainer, wellness educator and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in wellness, leadership, communication and personal development. He has been associated with Forever Living Products, USA, as a Manager since 2006, and is the Founder & CEO of Modak Trainer Academy. He is also associated with Landmark Worldwide and is a Certified Member of the American Psychological Association. His work draws these strands together into a holistic view of health, wellbeing and human development.

Food Supplements & Chronic Health Challenges: What Ganesh Modak Says About Nutritional Support

Living with diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain or spondylosis means living with a body that is quietly working overtime. A recent wellness webinar led by Ganesh Modak, Manager at Forever Living Products, looked at where food supplements may fit into that picture.

The session began with a definition. Food supplements come as tablets, capsules, liquids and powders in measured doses. They are legally classified as foods, not medicines, so they are meant to support health, not treat or cure disease. Their core purposes are correcting nutritional deficiencies, supporting particular life stages, maintaining physiological functions and enhancing physical performance.

For people with chronic conditions, the talk explained, the role changes. Long-term illness keeps the body under constant cellular stress. Persistent inflammation and oxidative stress can strain the mitochondria, the powerhouses of our cells, and a deep, lingering fatigue can follow. The effects also rarely stay in one place. High blood sugar can gradually affect blood vessels, kidneys and nerves, and high blood pressure can strain the heart.

Another point was that some long-term medications may reduce the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals, or speed up their loss. For joint pain and spondylosis, the presentation highlighted Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM, along with Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2.

Speaking from two decades of experience, Ganesh Modak said:

“For over 20 years, my journey with people across the world has shown me the value of nutritional support. Through my personal experience and interactions with many individuals, I have witnessed meaningful wellness results with food supplements.”
— Ganesh Modak

“Food supplements are not a substitute for medical treatment. Patients with chronic conditions should consult their doctor before starting any supplement or changing their medication,” he added.

For those who joined, the evening was a reminder that wellness begins with awareness, and that small daily choices shape long-term health.
