Discover the Flavours of Mango Chaats with Hema Puranik 

Join for a delightful mango-themed cooking workshop with Hema Puranik, an expert in Food & Nutrition, on Thursday, 3 July 2025, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Maison Perumal, Puducherry. 

Learn to make three refreshing and wholesome mango chaats—Mango Roll, Aam Panna and Tangy Mango Pohaots. Whether sweet, salted or thirst-quenching, each dish is a celebration of taste and tradition. 

Hailing from Indore with a Master’s in Food & Nutrition, Hema Puranik brings her rich culinary knowledge to every dish she creates. Having served as a faculty member at renowned institutions in Mumbai and Indore, she now calls Pondicherry home, where she runs the New Creation & Home Baker Centre. Her offerings blend wholesome goodness with traditional charm—every bite a balance of taste and nutrition.
