BLOSSOM LIKE A FLOWER – 12TH SOLO EXHIBITION OF ARTIST BIPIN ACHARYA
SELVA ANGEL FINE ARTS FOUNDATION, Puducherry presents renowned artist Bipin Acharya’s 12th Solo Exhibition of paintings at Vanna Aruvi Art Gallery, Pudussery and the show will continue till 9 August 2024.
The exhibition was inaugurated in the gracious presence of Hon’ble guests Shri. V. Kaliaperumal, Director, Art and Cultural Department, Government of Puducherry; renowned artist Kalaimamani K.M Saravanan and Kalaimamani L. Candappane, President, Arikamedu Art Academy, Puducherry.
Artist Bipin Acharya was honoured a Life Time Achievement Award 2024 for his outstanding contributions and tireless service in the field of art by the prestigious Selva Angel Fine Arts Foundation in the inaugural ceremony by the Hon. Chief Guest Thiru. V. Kaliaperumal, Director of Art and Culture Department, Puducherry and Artist S.M.C Rajesh, founder of Selva Angel Fine Arts Foundation, Puducherry.
The Exhibition BLOSSOM LIKE A FLOWER marks the celebration of renowned artist Bipin Acharya’s artistic journey, a testament to his indomitable spirit and unparalleled creativity. He is still keeping his brush dipped in creativity like a boy, draws with imagination, each stroke a testament to his inner child radiating enlightenment and exhibits before the ‘Universal Township’.
“My paintings are impressional realistic art form, where I invite Mother Nature on my paper. I mainly paint with acrylic colors focussing on flowers and trees and try to capture the peaceful, happy and quiet ashram atmosphere in my paintings. Many viewers have informed me that they feel a pure and positive vibration from my painting,” remarked renowned visual artist Bipin Acharya at his recent 12th Solo Painting exhibition, now on show in Puducherry.
“I started painting when I was 50 years and the continuous education activity of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Puducherry gave me an opportunity to nurture and inculcate this art. Managing the Ashram Exhibition House and working closely with different artists, I got the opportunity to learn new techniques and got inspired by their work,” he added.
Artist Bipin Acharyaji has participated in many painting exhibitions in the country and abroad. He was honoured with many awards including a Certificate of Appreciation by the Hon. Former first Tourism Minister Sri. Karan Singh.
