Art Talk in Puducherry: Honoring a Master, Inspiring a Movement

On Sunday, 12th October 2025, the Vanna Aruvi Art Gallery in Puducherry will host a soulful evening of dialogue and inspiration. 

The “Art Talk” brings together artists, researchers, and art lovers to celebrate the legacy of the great master Dr. Sirpi Jayaraman, a celebrated sculptor, poet and educator whose works earned national and international acclaim. With over 100 exhibitions and 10 published books, his legacy blends creativity, scholarship and social insight—honoured by UNESCO and the Government of India alike.

Eminent artist Kalaimamani A. Soucoumarane  who has enriched Puducherry’s art scene and inspired countless young talents  will lead the conversation, sharing insights that bridge tradition and creativity. 

Organized by I Art Research Foundation, Arikamedu Art Academy and Vanna Aruvi Art Gallery, this event promises to be a vibrant space for reflection, connection and artistic growth. Join  at 6 PM to be part of a gathering where art speaks, and hearts listen.
