Larissa Noury: The Muse of Color and Spirit
In the luminous pages of Ode to the Living, renowned colorist France Lavergne-Cler—a prizewinner of the Laurent Vibert Foundation and exhibitor at the Pompidou Museum—paints an introduction as vivid as the art it celebrates.
“Larissa, Seraphic Muse with Eyes of Azure, is a magician in the Color movement. The luminous aura of her fine and elegant silhouette exudes the energy of a strong personality. An artist of Belarusian origin, she creates according to her inspiration works suggesting escape to the land of Enchantment. A multi-talented visionary hedonist and tireless traveler, her historian’s eye helps us discover the wonders of civilizations around the world,” France Lavergne-Cler writes of Larissa Noury as a visual artist and visionary whose creations breathe life where color becomes a universal language—bridging faith and feeling, memory and imagination, form and the formless.
A Night of Living Dreams and Painted Grace
“The flying messages of dresses created by Larissa Noury and couturier Jean-Marie Pujol express on stage the harmony of personal perfection and natural phenomena, presenting a lady flying-hovering in reality, similar to a fairy tale. We learned and felt so much during this exciting performance! Its motto could be the words of A. S. Pushkin: “I sing my dreams, nature and love.”
Thank you for this genuine art and inspiration, Larisa! BRAVO!” – Quel Natalia
When Color Becomes Emotion
The event, surrounded by a breathtaking celebration of color and grace, renowned Ida Junker watched as Larissa Noury and her radiant models brought dreams to life.
As shared by Ida Junker, “ I thought of this quote from Maya Angelou, which resonates deeply with what I believe deep down in my heart: “Enthusiasm is an energy that touches, inspires, and uplifts. It is not just a joyful emotion or a superficial smile. It is a sincere vibration, an inner light that is transmitted, almost wordlessly. When you speak with enthusiasm, when you act with passion, you leave an imprint on the hearts of others. A living trace, far beyond words or actions. Enthusiasm makes you want to believe, to dare, to open up. It liberates, it rekindles enthusiasm. It warms. It transforms a simple conversation into inspiration, an ordinary moment into a lasting memory. What if you dared to cultivate this flame? Not to convince, but to make others feel. Not to shine, but to touch. What you say or do may be forgotten. But what you vibrate, what you make others feel… that is unforgettable.”
“The World of Colors by Larissa Noury: bravo and thank you to all the creators of this magnificent show that amazed us by making us vibrate, dream, and travel,” Ida Junker added
Renowned Louiza Boukharaeva beautifully reflected, it was “an event that is both sensual and intellectual—that’s its beauty!”
“Magnificent exhibition by Larissa Noury. Thank you for introducing me to such a complete artist.”, Superb “Tableaux vivants- Alive Painting’s” Fashion Show – The World of Colors, Arts and Haute Couture, followed by a fabulous musical recital,” said Louiza Boukharaeva.
“Congratulations to international artist Larissa Noury , Painter and Architect-Colorist for her superb creations in paintings and on the magnificent dresses in collaboration with the great couturier Jean-Marc Pujol (ex-YSL and Dior), all in a magnificent art book. It is a superb bridge between art and fashion that can be found in many stylistic creations of the 20th century.”— Grava Magalie
A Vision Between Monet and the Stars
Renowned architect Pierre Colboc, creator of the Orsay Museum, described Larissa Noury’s art as a spiritual journey—floating somewhere between the delicate world of Monet and the poetic grace of the Kimono.
“The spiritual dimension, a very beautiful journey between Monet and the Kimono…At the limits of vertigo, this dive to the bottom of the water, behind the clouds, which is not perceived at once, right away, is a magnificent support for meditation, stopping, a precious moment of this crazy time… Strength, elegance and finesse emanate from a harmony and symphony of colors remarkably mastered by the artist. Beautiful display of colors, impressions and feelings… Pure creative process – geometric shapes, inspired by architecture now give way to a sidereal aspect, staggering beauty…
As Pierre Colboc so beautifully said, “Larissa will always surprise us, and always more…”
