Adi Anant — Myth and Devotion Reimagined at Nero Art Hub
Nero Art Hub, New Delhi presents Adi Anant, a thoughtfully curated group exhibition that opens on 17th April 2026 with a preview, and continues until 8th May 2026.
This evocative showcase brings together diverse artistic interpretations of Indian mythology, devotion, and spiritual imagination, offering a compelling exploration of India’s rich visual and sacred traditions through contemporary lenses.
Curated by Ranbir Rathi, the exhibition features works by Abhishek Kumar, Anirul, Danashrri G Wazalwar, Naman, Govind Vishwas and Prasoon Poddar.
Their creations navigate the fluid space between tradition and modernity — from luminous Tanjore paintings steeped in devotional iconography to contemporary reimaginings of mythological figures like Hanuman and Shiva, rendered as enduring cultural symbols.
Spanning layered mixed surfaces and miniature works crafted with natural pigments, Adi Anant highlights multiple ways of engaging with the sacred. At its heart, the exhibition examines how spiritual imagery continues to evolve, transforming faith into an immersive artistic experience shaped by materiality, context, and perception.
Rather than presenting faith as fixed or singular, Adi Anant embraces it as a dynamic, evolving visual language. The exhibition reflects how spirituality continually finds new forms across time, mediums and artistic intentions.
