As part of the Spring Festival, Bandeesh (Kasba) presents An Evening of Classical Music on 28th February 2026 at Surya Sen Manch, Jodhpur Park. 

The evening unfolds as a soulful odyssey into the timeless traditions of Indian classical music, where each note becomes a thread weaving heritage and emotion into harmony. Celebrated vocalists Soma Maity, Pandit Sanjoy Dey, and Amitesh Biswas will lend their voices to this resonant journey, while the luminous artistry of Sharmila Dutta on the sitar adds a shimmering dimension of depth and grace. Together, these maestros promise not merely a performance, but an immersion into the living spirit of music—an experience where tradition breathes anew, and melody becomes memory.

Accompanied by distinguished tabla artists Sukanta Debnath, Sankar Patra, Abhijit Roychowdhury, and Jayanta Chowdhury, with harmonium support from Sagar Chandra Ghosh and Chandrajit Pradhan, the evening is set to resonate with timeless melodies and rhythmic brilliance.
