Her artistic journey is distinguished by rare versatility—professional training in Russian Ballet, Flamenco, Indian Martial Arts and Contemporary Dance in London/UK has enriched her classical foundation, enabling her to craft performances that resonate across cultures. With international appearances in the UK, Germany, Scotland, Nepal and Bangladesh, Sarbani Ghosh has become a true ambassador of India’s performing arts, embodying both tradition and innovation on global stages.

Beyond performance, she is a renowned practitioner and educator, deeply experienced in cultural programming, international representation, and dance pedagogy. The artistic odyssey of Vidushi Sarbani Ghosh is deeply rooted in rigorous education and enriched by diverse professional experiences across the globe. Her academic foundation reflects both depth and dedication: a Masters in Performing Arts (Theatre) from Ranchi University (2018–2020) and a Masters in Arts (Bharatanatyam) from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata (1996–1998). Complementing these advanced degrees are prestigious diplomas—Nrityaratna in Bharatanatyam from B.S.P., Kolkata, and Sangeet Visharad from Prachin Kala Kendra, Chandigarh—alongside a Certificate in Drama from Theater Place, Kolkata. Together, these achievements form a tapestry of scholarship and artistry, equipping her with both classical mastery and theatrical nuance.

Her professional journey is equally distinguished, marked by a seamless blend of pedagogy, performance, and cultural diplomacy. In April 2025, she assumed the role of Teacher of Indian Culture at the Embassy of India, Phnom Penh (ICCR, Cambodia), while simultaneously being appointed Honorary Professor of Indian Dance & Culture at the Royal University of Fine Arts, Cambodia. Earlier, she served as a Dance & Drama Educator at the Global Indian International School, Abu Dhabi (2021–2024), and as a Dance Educator at Delhi Public School, Ranchi (2017–2020), shaping young minds with discipline and creativity. Her international engagements include teaching at DPS–Modern Indian School, Doha (2016) and performing as a cultural representative at the Embassy of India, Kathmandu (2014–2016) under ICCR. Her career began with formative teaching roles at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kolkata (2003–2005) and B.D. Memorial, Kolkata (1999–2001), where she laid the groundwork for her lifelong commitment to arts education.
